Why did I start this blog?

I started this blog mostly to view the destruction from my dogs in a humorous light.  I have been living in this state since I got Heidi late June of 2010.  When I added Bruce to the picture in March 2011 - the destruction is at an all time high. Whenever I walk into my house from being gone...I also hold my breathe because I never know what I'll find.

I was reading a blog by someone who named his dog - Nancy Pelosi (which I just find very funny,) but he was expressing how he spends a good portion of his day wondering what acts of terrorism she is performing when he is away from his house.  That term - Doggy Terrorism has been my new term for Heidi and Bruce ever since.

I'm going to post pictures of the ridiculous things they do/destroy.  Because really, if I didn't try to find the humor in this - I would be going insane.

I truly believe that only animal owners (mostly dogs or those with many cats) will understand the love/hate relationship that I have with Heidi and Bruce.  They are also the only ones who will understand why I put up with this ridiculousness. 

Let me introduce you to Heidi and Bruce...

Heidi is a Rottweiler mix.  She is about 14 months old and seems beyond mature/old dog-lady in comparison to Bruce.

Heidi-Ho currently.  

 Bruce:  He is a Catahula Cur.  He is probably 7 months old...and is literally crazy, hyper and borderline obsessed with me.  Also, he might or might not be named after UT's former basketball coach Bruce Pearl.
